Moving On From 5G, the US & China Are Fighting Over 6G Dominance

 The competition for 6G is already intensifying even though it continues to be in a conceptual stage.

The major part of the world has not yet experienced the benefits of a 5G network, but the geopolitical race for the next big event in telecommunications technology is already heating up.

For companies as well as governments, the stakes couldn’t be higher. The first to develop and patent 6G will be the biggest winner in what some dub the next industrial revolution. Though still a decade away at least from being a reality, 6G, which could be almost 100 times faster than the peak speed of 5G may provide the type of technology that’s long been the material of science fiction, from real-time holograms to flying taxis and internet-connected human bodies and brains.
